Whole Cottonseed

Whole Cottonseed is the whole, fuzzy seed that comes from a cotton plant after the lint is removed. Whole Cottonseed provides an unaltered, natural source of high protein and fat, which is second to none for deer and livestock. Whole Cottonseed can be fed as a supplement to any feed program or free choice with natural range forage. The blending of current feed or corn is sometimes necessary for an animal to begin to consumption of cottonseed.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS

Fortified Cottonseed should be fed free choice with access to pasture forage. Consumption rates will depend on forage availability as well as season and production demands, but typically range from ½ to 2 pounds per head per day.
